As far as music is concerned, in many ways official sites are by no means the best places to start with. Therefore, my mentioning of a songwriter's or a band's official site is often due to the lack (to my knowledge) of a really good site, or (more often!) to the lack of time to surf the web in search of such sites. Suggestions in this respect are more than welcome!
